UK Shipping
For orders up to 0.7kg weight (usually around £65 order value) you can choose 1st or 2nd class shipping via Royal Mail.
For orders over 0.7kg, shipping is £5.25 and is sent using DPD Next Day service (or 2 day service if you are in the Highlands, Islands or Channel Islands).
You can also choose Next Business Day delivery at checkout, if you are in a hurry, and order before noon for same day dispatch.
EU Shipping
We can ship to the following countries with duties and charges already paid;
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain & Sweden
Parcels are sent via DPD or Parcelforce and are tracked throughout their journey.
EU countries not listed above are sent as International Orders - please see the section below.
International Orders
For orders outside the UK and EU countries listed above, duties and taxes may need to be paid locally, so you may incur additional local charges.
If your are unsure, we recommend you check with your local customs office rules before ordering.
Can I combine postage on multiple product orders?
Our postage is calculated on the optimum balance of fixed cost and weight, so you don’t need to do anything.
If you have any special requirements, want special delivery or courier services, let us know. We promise we’re very approachable!
Is the package insured?
Yes - we will always either replace or refund any lost items - it doesn’t happen often, thankfully! Please be patient…sometimes they take longer than you want to arrive!
Packaging
We use recyclable paper packaging other than on large and some international orders where that is not allowed. Despite being recyclable, it is robust with several layers and provides good protection for your order. We have tested it…rigorously!
